Overview: The course has two parts, Foundation and Practitioner. The Foundation course lasts 3 days and provides participants with a thorough grounding in the DSDMŽAternŽ Agile approach and is comprised of three main elements.
  1. An overview of the Agile family of approaches
  2. How to set up an Agile project
  3. Delivering a DSDMŽAternŽ project.
It includes a one hour multiple choice examination on the afternoon of the third day. Successful candidates will then be eligible to sit the Practitioner exam.

The Practitioner course is a 1 day workshop including a two hour, scenario based examination.
