David Lyon is a partner at nlighten. Before focussing solely on Agile transformation he held senior delivery and line management positions in large, global, predominantly financial services, organisations. He now specialises in working with CIOs and senior business stakeholders to determine their enterprise project management strategy – choice of delivery method, approaches to governance and portfolio management for the organisation. In the past 7 years this has increasingly focussed on programmes managing Agile transformations across large global Asset Management corporations and Banks.
Andrew Craddock founded nlighten when he left British Airways in 2001. While at BA he was introduced to DSDM as a method for managing and delivering projects in what is now understood to be an ‘Agile’ way. Enthused by the step-change in productivity and customer satisfactions that he and his peers experienced through the application of DSDM, he changed his career to one focussed on helping others see, understand and exploit the Agile way of working. In so doing, he has specialised in the corporate application of Agile and in the last 12 years has worked with clients across both public and private sectors needing to improve the delivery performance of their projects and programmes. Whilst his biggest focus has been on Agile transformation programmes in financial services companies, he has also worked with clients as diverse as Engineering, Mobile Telecommunication and the Media.
nlighten Consultants are among the best in the business, all having extensive experience with the application of Agile Project Management and Delivery in corporate environments. Without exception all have participated in at least one major Agile Transformation Programme and, with just one specialist exception, all are seasoned Agile practitioners with years of experience with Agile projects and programmes. Most nlighten Associates are consultants, trainers and coaches but first and foremost they are practitioners respected for their pragmatic, practical application of Agility in the real world.
